Hi-Viz Practice Exchange is a Chamber Made initiative for all cis and trans women, trans men and non-binary folk working across performance, sound and music.

The practice exchange deepens dialogue, builds networks, and nurtures new understandings between performance makers, theatre directors, sound artists, composers and other artists engaged in cross artform collaboration.

Hi-Viz 2020

Chamber Made’s Hi-Viz Practice Exchange 2020 was an online event. This website is a record of the day.

With artist talks, listening sessions, participatory workshops, provocations, break out sessions, and performance, Hi-Viz is a day dedicated to artistic practice designed to stimulate, connect, and recharge.

202o was one of the most unusual years in our lifetimes where time  became slippery, bodies dangerous, and the real and virtual increasingly entangled. What happens to artistic practice at a time like this? How does collaboration and creating new work shift? What do you let go of and what are you determined to hold onto?

We were joined by a community of practitioners to tease out these questions.

HiViz Practice Exchange and all Chamber Made activities are made possible by the steadfast support of our donors. Be part of leading Australian artistic innovation. Find out more about how to donate.
